Paul & Paula Kitas

Paul & Paula UG is a non-profit company specializing in the social sector. Its main goal is to create and operate daycare centers for children. We operate daycare centers in the north of Berlin and are involved in various social projects in Berlin and Brandenburg.

Our mission statement provides a rough organizational, pedagogical, and personnel framework that our employees and the parents of the daycare centers can use as a guide. However, both facilities have their facility concepts, which they regularly reflect on, update, and adapt as a team, often with the technical support of the responsible body.
